Loopa ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and platform (the "Service").

Before you register or sign in, Loopa identifies the applicable third-party AI provider or providers on the login screen and explains that your messages, prompts, instructions, relevant conversation context, any files or images you choose to attach or capture, and location information you choose to provide or authorize may be sent to them to generate responses and Mini-Apps. By continuing after reviewing that disclosure, you give permission for the processing described on the login screen and agree to this Privacy Policy. Loopa does not send your information to a third-party AI provider before you continue.

Loopa is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and platform.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

Account Data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and authentication credentials.
Conversational Data (Intent Recognition): We collect the text, prompts, and instructions you input during your chats with Loopa AI, relevant conversation context, any files or images you choose to attach or capture, and location information you choose to provide or authorize where those features are available. THIS DATA IS ESSENTIAL FOR UNDERSTANDING YOUR INTENT AND GENERATING MINI-APPS. The information reasonably necessary to complete your request may be sent to the third-party AI provider or providers identified on the login screen, solely to generate the response or Mini-App you requested.
Community Content: Any insights, descriptions, or Mini-Apps you choose to share in the Loopa Product Community.

B. Information Collected via System Permissions (iOS/Mobile)

To enable the generation and operation of functional Mini-Apps, Loopa may request access to the following:

CAMERA & PHOTOS: Used only when you choose to capture or select an image during an AI conversation, or when a Mini-App you use requires image capture or selection.
LOCATION: Used only when you request location-related functionality during an AI conversation, or when a Mini-App you use requires geographic context.

C. Automatically Collected Data

Device Metadata: IP address, device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Logs: Data on how you interact with the AI, which templates you use, and app performance metrics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

Service Delivery: To power the AI engine that interprets your intent and generates responses and Mini-Apps, including sending the conversational data and permission-based content reasonably necessary to complete your request, such as an image or location information you choose to provide or authorize, to the third-party AI provider or providers identified on the login screen.
AI Training & Improvement: To refine our Large Language Models (LLMs) and intent-recognition accuracy. YOU MAY OPT-OUT OF DATA COLLECTION FOR MODEL TRAINING IN THE APP SETTINGS.
Community Interaction: To display your shared apps and facilitate "Remixes" by other users.
Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity or the generation of malicious code.

COMMUNITY PUBLICITY: ANY MINI-APP YOU PUBLISH TO THE LOOPA COMMUNITY IS CONSIDERED PUBLIC CONTENT. Other users will be able to run the Mini-App, and "Remix" it.
THIRD-PARTY AI PROCESSING: Loopa sends the information reasonably necessary to complete your request—including conversational data and, when you choose to use the applicable feature and grant system permission, selected or captured images and location information—to the third-party AI provider or providers identified on the login screen to generate the response or Mini-App you requested. These providers may also process the information for security, misuse prevention, or legal compliance under their applicable terms and policies. Loopa does not send this information before you continue after reviewing the login-screen disclosure.
Other Service Providers: We share information as necessary with service providers that support functions such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and security.
THIRD-PARTY PROTECTION: Loopa confirms that any third party receiving user information provides the same or equivalent protection of user information as stated in this Privacy Policy.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Depending on your location, you have the following rights:

RIGHT TO ACCESS: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
RIGHT TO ERASURE: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated conversational history.
RIGHT TO OPT-OUT: You can disable non-essential data collection and withdraw consent for AI training at any time.
WITHDRAWAL OF THIRD-PARTY AI PERMISSION: Third-party AI processing is necessary to provide Loopa's core functionality. You may withdraw your permission by deleting your account in the App. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

6. Data Security and Retention

SECURITY: We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit.
RETENTION: We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, conversational data is anonymized or deleted within 30 days, unless required for legal compliance.

Loopa uses Cookies and similar technologies (Local Storage, Pixels) to enhance your "Vibe Coding" experience.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

ESSENTIAL COOKIES: Necessary for secure login and maintaining your session during AI generation.
FUNCTIONAL COOKIES: Remember your UI preferences (e.g., Dark Mode) and your most recent app drafts.
ANALYTICS COOKIES: Help us understand which app categories (e.g., "Productivity" vs "Games") are trending to optimize our server load.

3. Managing Cookies

You can manage your Cookie preferences through your mobile device settings. DISABLING ESSENTIAL COOKIES MAY RENDER CERTAIN AI GENERATION FEATURES UNUSABLE.

Important Disclosure for Loopa Users

AI GENERATION LIMITS: While Loopa protects your privacy during the generation phase, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY PRACTICES OF APPS YOU GENERATE. If you create a Mini-App that collects data from others, it is YOUR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY to provide a privacy notice to those users.
