A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

Account Data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and authentication credentials.
Conversational Data (Intent Recognition): We collect the text, prompts, and instructions you input during your chats with Loopa AI. THIS DATA IS ESSENTIAL FOR UNDERSTANDING YOUR INTENT AND GENERATING MINI-APPS.
Community Content: Any insights, descriptions, or Mini-Apps you choose to share in the Loopa Product Community.

B. Information Collected via System Permissions (iOS/Mobile)

To enable the generation and operation of functional Mini-Apps, Loopa may request access to the following:

SCREEN TIME (FAMILYCONTROLS): Used specifically for productivity or anti-addiction apps. NOTE: Loopa processes screen time data exclusively on-device. We do not upload, store, or analyze your specific app usage statistics on our servers.
CAMERA & PHOTOS: Used only if your generated Mini-App requires image capture or selection.
LOCATION: Used only if your generated Mini-App requires geographic context.

C. Automatically Collected Data

Device Metadata: IP address, device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Logs: Data on how you interact with the AI, which templates you use, and app performance metrics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

Service Delivery: To power the AI engine that interprets your intent and generates code.
AI Training & Improvement: To refine our Large Language Models (LLMs) and intent-recognition accuracy. YOU MAY OPT-OUT OF DATA COLLECTION FOR MODEL TRAINING IN THE APP SETTINGS.
Community Interaction: To display your shared apps and facilitate "Remixes" by other users.
Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity or the generation of malicious code.

COMMUNITY PUBLICITY: ANY MINI-APP YOU PUBLISH TO THE LOOPA COMMUNITY IS CONSIDERED PUBLIC CONTENT. Other users will be able to view the code, run the app, and "Remix" the logic.
Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties (e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic for LLM processing, Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting). These partners are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Depending on your location, you have the following rights:

RIGHT TO ACCESS: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
RIGHT TO ERASURE: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated conversational history.
RIGHT TO OPT-OUT: You can disable non-essential data collection and withdraw consent for AI training at any time.

SECURITY: We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit.
RETENTION: We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, conversational data is anonymized or deleted within 30 days, unless required for legal compliance.

You can manage your Cookie preferences through your mobile device settings. DISABLING ESSENTIAL COOKIES MAY RENDER CERTAIN AI GENERATION FEATURES UNUSABLE.

Important Disclosure for Loopa Users

AI GENERATION LIMITS: While Loopa protects your privacy during the generation phase, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY PRACTICES OF APPS YOU GENERATE. If you create a Mini-App that collects data from others, it is YOUR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY to provide a privacy notice to those users.
